The Pierce

Description: 

The Pierce is a 232-unit luxury residential community located in the trendy San Jose SOFA district on South First Street between Reed Street and Pierce Street. The urban location provides excellent access to downtown San Jose’s shopping and entertainment. Public transportation is easily accessible and Highway 280 is within a few block of the site.

At street level, part the previous building’s brick façade was preserved as well as a mock up for art installation for the San Jose Airport. This leads to secured area with a small dog run and dog washing station. The third level podium includes a swimming pool, fireplace, barbecue, and shaded seating areas in a lushly planted setting. The roof deck has great city view and another barbecue.
