Stevens Creek Promenade

Description: 

Stevens Creek Promenade is a 10 acre Mixed-Use community of 300,000 sf of Office space and 582 rental apartments. It was designed to provide an inviting, engaging 1.4 acre park space for the public, while also supporting the project’s Office and Residential needs.

At the Stevens Creek Boulevard frontage, a multi-functional ‘Welcome’ plaza transitions to the undulating lawn. The plaza contains placemaking art to draw users in, a large seating sculpture for gathering and lounging, and space to support ground floor retail activity at the base of the residential building. A blend of paved gathering areas and soft, natural areas provides interest and function for the modern urban plaza and park spaces.
