Description: 

TGP provided landscape architectural services for Mosaic and its sister project, Elements.  Both are transit oriented apartments served by the VTA light rail, connecting to work and shopping destinations.  The projects are located on Race Street and Parkmoor Avenue in San Jose, on the site of a previous low density office development. The combined community offers 629 apartments on 18 acres.

The Mosaic Apartment community opened in 2013 and consists of 386 units on a podium parking structure. Amenities include a swimming pool and spa, sun deck, well planted, thoughtfully designed outdoor gathering spaces with bbq and seating, richly textured paving and usable courtyards that evoke a sense of home.
