Description: 

Stanford University is developing a new mixed use community in the heart of Menlo Park. Middle Plaza, located at 500 El Camino Real, is a vibrant addition to downtown, with 145,00 s.f. of office space, 215 apartments, and 10,000 s.f. of retail space fronting on to a new 1/2 acre publically accessible plaza.

The project features office plazas, residential courtyards, and public walking a bicycle pathways. The design features amenities that compliment the Menlo Park community, including rich Mediterranean and Craftsman details and finishes.
