Description: 

The site, in Downtown Sunnyvale, a few blocks from the Caltrain Station is a great example of a highly amenitized, transit oriented dense community that is very livable and comfortable while maintaining an edgy urban style.

The integrated pool and clubhouse space are set off by rich paving patterns while the roof deck provides fabulous views and privacy with interesting uses of artificial turf and landform.

Two smaller courtyards offer more intimate settings with bbq’s and lounge style seating for socializing and relaxing.
