Description: 

Located at the terminus of Weddell Drive in Sunnyvale, the landscape for 6Ten East Apartments is comprised of a series of inter-connected courtyards organized by a central spine. Each courtyard functions as separate outdoor rooms for a variety of activities for the residents. The amenities include a pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and lounges. The site is connected to the adjacent public trail that is also to be improved based on plans created by The Guzzardo Partnership Inc.
