Description: 

3 related buildings transform the corner of Santa Cruz Avenue and Merrill Street in Downtown Menlo Park across from the the Menlo Park train station, where for years a one-story, commercial building sat.

The mixed-use, 3 and 4 story buildings with residential and commercial uses have linked elements, such as access and shared parking. The entry court is announced by a living wall. Planters and rich paving materials were carefully selected to enhance the shared parking and small entrance areas.

The sidewalk at the corner of Santa Cruz Avenue and Merrill Street was widened into a small plaza with seating elements.
