Description: 

The Village at Loch Lomond Marina Development Plan is a mixed-use water-oriented project. The goal is to redevelop the marina property by improving public access to the Bay, maintaining the existing marina, expanding waterfront-related recreational opportunities, providing marina and neighborhood-serving shopping and services, and building an attractive residential community.

This 128 acre site is located on the south side of Point San Pedro Road along San Francisco Bay. The site has varied characteristics including 28 acres of dry uplands, the 40 acres marina basin, and 60 acres of open water.
