An existing BART station creates the stage for this transit oriented development near downtown Walnut Creek. Two mixed-use buildings and a new parking garage with office space are proposed for the site.

Large, vibrant urban plazas create opportunities to connect residents and commuters with the city. Nestled between the city’s famous Golden Triangle commercial area and the downtown, the development includes new apartments, commercial space and restaurants, parking structures, podium landscape courtyards and plazas, new intermodal bus and bicyle transit facilities, and public art.

In order to achieve this goal, a sophisticated on-site stormwater treatment system is being developed; as well as, various green transit amenities.
