The 7.8 acre, 132 unit affordable hillside development is centrally located near public parks, school, trails, and public transit in Hercules. The location of the project provides residents with easy access to public transportation.

The units are oriented around a central green which forms the physical and social focal point of the community, along with the community building. The green offers stunning views of the San Francisco Bay. The community center has outdoor seating for events and gatherings. Tree-lined paths link the residential units. A playground and a tot lot provide play areas for children.

The project received a 2005 Gold Nugget Grand Award - Best in West “Best Affordable Housing 30 Acre or Less”.
