Set on Communications Hill in the center of San Jose, this community was developed with a Tuscan hill town in mind. A variety of home types were included in eleven neighborhood blocks, including townhomes and stacked flats, single family residences, and multi-story podium homes, enhancing the diversity of these vibrant neighborhoods.

Gardens, community gathering spaces and patios were developed to create activated streets and pedestrian paseos where the community lives. TGP worked closely with the architects, engineers and the builder development team to realize the vision of the neighborhoods, resolving significant grading challenges with elegant garden solutions. Cypress trees, flowering vines, scenic walkways, shaded plazas and vineyards enhance the experience of living in a modern hill town.
