The 160 homes on a 16 acre site share unique, richly paved entry courts, a variety of planting schemes, and access to the adjacent rose garden park. There are also direct connections to a creekside trail as well as to the new adjacent library.

The carefully sited and planted houses offer a maximum of privacy and individuality at 10 units per acre. Parking is provided within the courts and on the public street.

An abandoned Olive grove was transplanted in to the courts to provide a mature look and save a community resource.
