This research and development campus utilized several of the original Agnews Development Center buildings built in 1907. New buildings, plazas, gardens and site amenities are linked together by pedestrian streets to form the new campus.

The University-like atmosphere encourages the interaction of Sun’s employees in the exterior spaces.
