TGP worked with Stanford Real Estate and the City of Menlo Park in the realignment of the Sand Hill Road Corridor, which included significant road improvements, new pedestrian and bicycle trails, and improvements to the habitat of San Francisquito Creek.

Significant coordination was required to meet the design and construction schedule of the project with many jurisdictional agencies, including California Fish and Game. Significant existing trees were preserved, and many Oak trees were transplanted to new locations on site.
