Located at Franklin and Alviso Streets, the 32 unit Jesuit Community Residence was completed in 2006. At the center of the residence is a historical Spanish-style home that was moved from a nearby site on Franklin Street.

The north side is surrounded by two existing homes on Benton Street and a relocated Mission style house which creates a private courtyard and transition to the single family community beyond. These houses are used by visiting Jesuits.

The Residence has a series of five courtyards for either public use as at the guest entrance of the chapel or private or semi-private use. A colorful planting palette was used to help reinforce the Spanish character of the architecture
