The architectural and landscape design of this project is based upon an African savannah theme. The desert arroyos occurring through the site provided an opportunity to use strong land forms, highly textured masses of planting and dramatic stone formations to create a unique setting for the buildings.

The design for the site includes outdoor dining faciliities, active and passive recreation areas, and pool and spa facilites.
