In the center of downtown Tiburon, a 38-acre mixed use development of 155 residential condominium units, 23,000 sf of commercia, office and restaurant space, and public plazas was integrated into the fabric of the town.

In the development of the master plan, we reinforced the feeling of community by providing landscape promenades and plazas where people gather and socialize. New lagoons and water features combine with the architecture to compliment the bayside character of the town. Community participation provided valuable input toward this successful land plan.
