The 206 unit community consists of a mix of market rate and affordable rental apartments on a 7.5 acre site. Buildings were shifted as needed to capitalize on the unique views and existing significant Cypress trees. To support the community focus, they are placed around an urban central courtyard anchored by a community building with ocean views. Amenities include a pool and spa, fitness center, barbecue areas, and an after school program.

A new nature trail was developed along the neighboring coastal creek. Native plantings augment the existing preserved vegetation along the corridor, and new wood rail fencing and signage were introduced to protect the habitat area. This area is now thriving, and provides a great benefit to the residents of this community.
