A proposed for rent luxury apartment community comprised of approx. 350 units built adjacent to parking structures with on-grade landscape, approx. 14,000 sq. ft. of on-grade retail and adjacent plaza space. The project is located on a 7 acre site bounded by I-580 and Stoneridge Mall Road in Pleasanton.

The plan calls for the buildings to be arranged around a series of connected courtyards. Amenities for residents would include a pool and spa area, a play area for children and open lawn, an outdoor fireplace and plazas with water features.

The site development plan and orientation tightly integrates this project with the newly built West Dublin/Pleasanton BART Station and local public transit. Residents will have access to the BART Station via a pedestrain bridge across I-580.
