The master plan for this mixed-use project creates a new downtown village, including a variety of Retail, Office, Senior Housing and Hotel uses with a community park on this 16-acre site. A new Town Square is the focal point of the village, which will serve as a community gathering space. A pleasant network of walkways and plazas will serve outdoor dining, art shows, community activities, under the canopy of new flowering trees and transplanted specimen trees from the site.

TGP assisted in developing the sustainable design program for the site, combining innovative preservation, conservation, and smart growth features into the project. Main Street is a key part of the South Vallco Master Plan, which was developed through an interactive community workshop process with the City, KRP and TGP.
