The community consists of 120 rental units of affordable family housing, approximately 3,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial retail space and a community building on a 4.3 acre site.

Resident amenities include a BBQ area, swimming pool and children's play area with tot-lot, basketball half-court, and a landscaped courtyard over a parking garage.

Residents have access to public transportation, nearby Bay Area Freeways and the Union City BART Station.
