The Foster City Town Center is comprised of two residential blocks built around the Town Green. The Senior Housing offers 60 units of affordable senior apartments over parking in two buildings. The property was developed in conjunction with 42 market-rate townhomes.

The Town Green is the focus of the surrounding residential as well as retail and office structures. It serves as the communities primary public open space and offers seating and a clock tower. Residential courts accommodate both pedestrian and automobiles.

Metro Center Senior Homes was awarded four 1997 Gold Nuggets Awards from the Pacific Coast Builders Confernece.
