The housing for faculty and staff was built in terraces up the steep north slope of the University of San Francisco campus and included courtyards and passages, creating a pedestrian portal to the campus, the Anza Steps.

The high-density infill site of 136 Units at 60 Units per acre includes podium gardens, striking fountains and play facilities, all of which enhance the sense of community.
