TGP collaborated with the Architect and Club to create this highly successful renovation of the propert.

New plazas, courtyards, walkways and building entries were created based upon a classic Mediterranean theme. Improvements were made to the entry experience, parking lots and cart circulation, all set in a new garden setting amongst mature Redwood, Oak and Eucalyptus trees.Sustainable measures were included in the design to complete the renovation.
