The Village at Loch Lomond Marinia includes a new retail and restaurant commercial center and residential community overlooking the new marinia and recreation facilities along the San Francisco Bay. The 128 acre site has varied characteristics including 28 acres of dry uplands, the 40-acre marina basin, and 60 acres of open water.

The existing marina and public boat launch will undergo extensive improvements to include a new boardwalk and marina green, kayak launch and fishing facilities, restored wetlands, and a new park with trails, playground and picnic facilities. The goal is to redevelop the marina property by improving public access to the Bay, maintaining the existing marina, expanding waterfront-related recreational opportunities, providing marina and neighborhood-serving shopping and services, and building an attractive residential community.
