The Land Plan for the Glenwood Property is the successful result of an extensive environmental and community review process. Located on the urban edge of Scotts Valley, the placement of housing on the 194 acre site preserves unique visual and sensitive habitat areas.

Our role included assistance in the preparation of the Specific Plan, as well as making public presentations to secure approval for the project. We are working with Ponderosa Homes to complete the landscape design for the common ares and home sites
