Gateway Commons represents the completion of a 20-year development process for over seven city blocks. The three-phase office-retail-residential development creates a village-like atmosphere.

Offices and residences are set low to retain views and to keep the development to pedestrian scale. This classic inner city development remains a standard bearer for projects of its type. The development includes a mix of housing densities, low rise offices, restaurants, shopping areas, and Sydney Walton Park.
