The Owner and consultant team collaborate in the successful development of this residential neighborhood situated along the bay in the master planned Redwood Shores community.

The landscape design was developed in response to the bayside coastal conditions present in this environment. The project included coordination with the Bay Conservation and Development Commission in the design of the bay trail and restoration areas, providing community benefit and enhanced value to the neighborhood.
