367 Apartments

This project is an in-fill residential community in downtown San Jose, California consisting of 367 apartments in five (5) buildings, four (4) of which surround intimately designed landscape courtyards that include fountains. Live/work loft units along North First Street and separate unit entries from the two buildings that face Ryland Street create a fully engaged interface between the project and its surrounds. The urban design vocabulary of the landscape reflects and enhances the architectural style. A central clubhouse with pool and extensive outdoor space establishes the core of the recreational amenities for the community.
