This project comprises retail and residential uses unified with a common landscape palette of major trees and paving materials. The early California mission theme is strongly evoked by the architecture, and the landscape design seeks to reinforce and develop that imagery through careful choices of plant material and site details. These include orchard forms, palm trees to provide linear accents and directional markers, terra cotta pots, and rich paving materials for vehicular entries and pedestrian plazas.
