Cahill Park was built in conjunction with the adjacent Avalon at Cahill Park Complex and includes a direct connection to the appartments. The approximately 1-acre park is located between Bush Street and Wilson Avenue.

Park amenities include open lawn areas and a central seating area. A playground with youth and tot play equipment was added later by the City of San Jose.
