Guzzardo played an instrumental role in developing the land plan for this mixed use site located on abandoned railway yards adjacent to downtown Melbourne. The central organizing principal involved the creation of a pedestrian precinct that integrated to adjacent neighborhoods but also stood on its own.

Each building, with units ranging from one-bedroom apartments to large townhomes, are designed around around an interior courtyard. A large Central Green is the focal point of the community.
