Developed on surplus School District land, this 40 units project seeks to provide affordable rental housing for teachers in the Santa Clara School District.

The design, inspired by the architecture and landscape design of San Francisco’s Presidio, provides for a formal “parade ground” lawn that focuses community activity at the recreation building. A high quality living experience has been created while remaining within the affordability constraints that were the primary purpose of the project.
