The Park is located at a major intersection that provides for a 'front door' to the City. The design provides a sculptural appeal while piquing curiosity to encourage people to visit the site. Adjacent Cupertino City Center combines retail, office, restaurants, community gathering areas, hotel and housing making this an active urban space.

The design includes themed gardens, a large sculpture and fountain, provisions for a Farmer's Market and glass panels that depict the history of Cupertino.
