The landscape design compliments the coastal architecture in this 100,000 s.f. retail / office village. Beach themes are incorporated into all aspects of the design, including white picket fences with flowering rose vines, soft masses of lavender and ornamental grasses, swirling beach glass paving, layered stone walls, and a playful beach ball sculpture.

Outdoor dining patios with colorful planters and flowers front several of the pedestrian walkways, providing a friendly vibrant quality to these spaces. The development team worked closely with the community to realize a development that reflected the character of Capitola. Many sustainable features were included in the design, including bioswales, native creek restoration, use of recycled materials and water conservation features.
