A new urban mixed-use, housing and retail complex in downtown Emeryville.

The Housing component site atop retail and parking levels and includes a series of five courtyards that feature large planted areas with open lawns, fountains, a swimming pool and oversized game boards. Three large courtyards open to San Francisco views and each provides an element of recreation or relaxation for the residents.
