This planned community of 1200 acres was developed to include over 2,500 residential units, a country club, community recreation facilities and trail systems, and a commercial office center.

The Brookside Office Park and commercial area was developed along an enriched pedestrian main street. Restaurants, community services, retail and office space provide convenient work environments and shopping for the area.
