The land plan and landscape design for Bailey Ranch realized the vision of creating an upscale residential community at the crest of the skyline overlooking the bay.

TGP worked with the development team in crafting a plan for the planned 137 units on the 54 acre site that optimized lot views and usable area, while being sensitive to the significant grading constraints on the hillside. Large quantities of native trees were preserved as part of the site development. The final plan included a small park and trails, and a significant allocation of land to the East Bay Regional Park District.
