A 120 unit rental community with a new sailboat marina integrated into the plan. The site enjoys southern exposures and a direct orientation to the marina. A wood boardwalk allows the public and the residents to stroll along the active marina while private recreation amenities also take advantage of this water orientation.

The pool area is sited to minimize wind and maximize solar and view orientations to the marina.
