This development features a 15,000 SF commercial frontage on the Alameda shopping street, combined with 305 multi-familyattached rental units fronting the neighborhood.

Unique gardens were created on the podium over the underground parking structure, providing seating plazas, pool areas and garden spaces to the center of the community. The architecture is oriented along a central spine which links the retail shopping, residential units and a new community park into one integrated environment.
