The Campus Master Plan was developed to create strong pedestrian connections between the office towers, campus recreation amenities, convenient parking, and the neighboring commercial retail / restaurant district. The curved central promenade provides the unifying element on campus, where people meet and socialize, dine and recreate. Fanciful forms create a festive and visually stunning atmosphere to the landscape garden spaces. A rich material palette includes stone walls and plazas, steel shade structures, fountains, decorative lighting and playfields.

Many sustainable features are included in the landscape design, including use of drought tolerant plantings and synthetic turf, bioswales for stormwater treatment, high efficiency irrigation systems, and extensive use of recycled materials. A variety of WiFi-connected spaces provides employees with the opportunity to gather outside for work, recreation and relaxation.
