Located in the Linfield Oaks District and adjacent to the San Francisquito Creek the 2-story, 26,788 sf office building sits on a 2.5 acre lot surrounded by landscaped gardens.

The site plan carefully placed the new building among mature trees, preserving the character of the neighborhood. Courtyards welcome visitors to the offices, and extensive patios provide spaces for working outside, and for company gatherings and social activities.

Sustainable landscape features include use of drought tolerant planting and high efficiency irrigation systems, biofiltration swales for stormwater treatment, and use of recycled materials.
