The site planning strategy was to locate the 73, 978 sq.ft. building at the top of the site to take advantage of the views to the bay and surrounding hillsides.

The parking structure is tucked into the hillside and screened naturally by topography and vegetation.

Green building principles included the use of bioswales, low-water use vegetation, state-of-the-art irrigation controllers with weather sensing devices, reduced impervious cover to maximize on-site rainwater infiltration, high-efficacy full cut-off light fixtures.
