TGP provided landscape architectural services for this new 200 units community in a 4 story building over 2 levels of parking.  This phase completes the 10.35 acres, 3 building complex at Epic Way in San Jose, California.

Amenities include an on-structure pool, putting green, fireplace and grilling station. On-grade amenities include a dog run and city park frontage.
