Description: 

TGP provided landscape architectural services for two podium residential developments divided by railroad tracks on Race Street and Parkmoor Avenue in San Jose. The project contains 629 apartments on 18 acres.

The Elements Apartment community opened in 2010 and consists of 243 units on a podium parking structure. Amenities include a swimming pool and spa, sun deck, lushly planted outdoor gathering spaces with bbq and ample seating, enhanced paving and fountains.

The Mosaic Apartment community, the second phase of the development, opened in 2013.
