Description: 

The first phase of a larger mixed-use development is this modern, sustainable designed 160,000 sq.ft. office building which is currently occupied by Google.

The entry plaza combines sophisticated, elegant materials in the granite seat wall with the informality of the fractured paving pattern. Existing oak trees were preserved in the site planning. An activated street frontage with sculptural pots and seating area greets the visitor on foot or in the vehicle.
