Penny Alton

Ms. Alton has been the Accounting Manager for the office since its inception in 2000. She brings a diverse background in human resources, bookkeeping and office management to the firm.

Ms. Alton originally served as administrative assistant to Mr. Guzzardo from 1988 to 1996 in the previous firm. She used her time away from the firm to hone her skills in monetary management that provides a strong basis for her unique role in the office today. She has put in place state of the art billing systems and developed our employee benefits programs including 401k, flexible spending accounts, medical savings accounts and year-end bonus programs. She looks forward to further streamlining and modernization of the management of the office.
